3 ways... to make relationship break-ups easier

Break-ups can be difficult and sometimes cause a lot of heart aches. here are tips on how to get through it.

1. Try to avoid a traumatic end if you can – a break-up is hard enough without the added stress of shouting, ­accusations and storming out. This will all just hurt more.

2. Have your support ­network of ­family and friends around you for practical reasons as well as emotional ones – you might need a place to stay or someone to help out with the kids.

3. Don’t be afraid to cry and feel angry – it’s important to let your emotions out. And give yourself time to grieve the loss of that relationship before moving on.
