It's the weekend and your cooking class is in session, let's make masala fish steak.
INGREDIENTS:
300g fish steak (tuna)
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Juice of two lime

Salt to taste
3 medium-sized tomatoes, roughly cut
2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 onions, roughly cut
1 green pepper, roughly cut
coriander for garnish
4 large potatoes, sliced and deep-fried
1 tablespoon olive oil
METHOD:
Marinate the fish with lime juice, salt garlic, ginger paste and garam masala for 30 minutes.
In a blender, put in the tomatoes, green pepper, onions and coriander and blend into a smooth paste.
In a saucepan pour in the olive oil and pan fry the fish until golden brown for about three minutes, on each side.
Add tomato paste to the blended mixture and pour on the fish. Adjust seasoning with salt.
Cook until the sauce is reduced and thick.
Sprinkle coriander and serve with the fried potato slices. Enjoy!
