Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, about one inch in size, this will help them to cook more quickly and evenly. Rinse the potatoes in cold water to remove any excess starch.
Place the potatoes in a large saucepan cover with cold water and add a pinch of salt.
