What you will need:

250g peeled prawns

200 sliced calamari

1 lobster, split into 2

200g fish fillet

1 onion, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste

Juice of two lime

50g tomato paste

1 fresh tomato diced

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon oil for frying

Handful of coriander chopped

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper to taste

Pan sear the calamari until golden, pan sear the fish until golden and pan sear the lobster or grill it until cooked and set aside.

In a separate hot non-stick frying pan, add the oil, then go in with the onions. Saute until onions become soft. Add the prawns mix and continue to saute until they turn orange in color and begin to curl.

Put in all the seafood that you set aside, add the garlic ginger paste and continue to saute for about 3 minutes. Go in with the diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to saute and add the tomato paste.

Let cook for about 5 minutes or until thick enough and sauce coats the seafood. Remove from heat and serve with lime on the side.
