When people talk about poultry, they tend to think about chicken and forget about quail.
Today we are going to learn how to make quail stew. Before you do anything else, make sure you remove the feathers from the quail and chop it up into small pieces.

French beans
Carrots
One Onion
Instructions:
Crash five garlic cloves with salt, parsley, oil and salt. Use the mixture to marinate your meat for 30 minutes.
In a cooking pot, put in some oil, wait for it to heat up then introduce the already marinated meat. Fry it till it is golden brown then remove it from the pot and set aside.
In the same pot, pour the onions, and saute till translucent. Add in the carrots, and French beans and wait for them to be soft.
Add the potatoes, some salts and bay leaves then stir to mix. Once the potatoes have softened, add the fried quail followed by water.
Cover the mixture and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes. Serve while hot with ugali, chapati or rice. Enjoy!
