Today we make fillet steak and veggies with mash.
Ingredients:
500g beef fillet steak, sliced
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
1 stick rosemary

1/2 tablespoon oil
Method:
Marinate the fillet steak with salt and pepper. In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and pan-sear the steak until brown on each side. Add the rosemary, reduce heat to low and set aside.
For the veggies:
1 tablespoon margarine
2 capsicum, diced
2 carrots cut into cubes
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
In a pan over medium heat add the margarine and sauté the veggies with the garlic. Add salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes.
For the sauce:
Using the same steak pan add the following:
1 can cooking cream 100g
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup water
Boil everything and serve over the steak, with mashed potatoes and veggies on the side. Enjoy!
