Kenyan YouTubers Jules, Lornzie, Ivy, and Shikie have announced that they will be ending their popular YouTube channel 'Over 25' after seven years of creating content together.

The four content creators shared the news with their 157k subscribers in a video titled "final curtain call."

Jules, Lornzie, Ivy, and Shikie started 'Over 25' as a way to share their experiences and connect with other women over the age of 25. Over the years, the channel grew to become a community of supportive and empowering women from all over the world.

In the video, they spoke about their experiences creating content and connecting with their audience, "We poured our hearts and souls into Over 25 where we connected, grew, and celebrated with our audience - boy did we love it!"

They shared how much they enjoyed creating content that was relatable, empowering, and entertaining for their viewers.

However, after seven years, the four content creators felt that it was time to take a step back and figure out who they are now.

They cited significant life changes such as marriages, babies, career changes, break-ups, make-ups, graduations, birthdays, and even final goodbyes as reasons for the split.

"It has not been an easy decision to make but as Over 25, we now feel that it is time to take a step back and figure out WHO we are now seven years since we started this journey. In this time, we have had marriages, babies, career changes, break-ups, make-ups, graduations, birthdays, and even final goodbyes; as happens with many things in life, sometimes you need to pause and regroup.

Jules, Lornzie, Ivy, and Shikie expressed their gratitude to their viewers and the community they had built over the years, "We are not just four friends, we are sisters who have grown together and become better versions of ourselves."

Despite the split, Jules, Lornzie, Ivy, and Shikie plan to remain friends and continue to support each other in their future endeavors.

They also left the door open for a possible return in the future, "Is this the end? We cannot say for sure. Will we be coming back? Possibly. Just not right now."

They assured their viewers that they will keep everyone updated on their individual journeys and future plans.

The announcement of the split was met with mixed reactions from their viewers. While many were saddened by the news, others expressed their appreciation for the empowering and relatable content that 'Over 25' had provided over the years.
