A 14-year-old boy from Pakistan's Punjab province has confessed to raping a hen out of sexual frustration.

According to the local press, Mansab Ali, a resident of Jalapur Bhatian, told police that his neighbour Ansar Hussain "abducted" his hen and "raped" it.

"The hen died while being sexually assaulted by Hussain. Two persons, Nasrullah and Tufail, witnessed this act," a complainant was quoted as saying.

Station House Officer Sarfraz Anjum told The Express Tribune that the suspect had been arrested after a medical examination of the hen confirming the sexual assault.

"Hussain has also confessed to his crime. The boy said he did it out of sexual frustration," he said.

In September, a taxi driver was accused of raping a puppy to death after allegedly boasting about the sick act to a friend while drunk.

Naresh Kumar, 34, reportedly had sex with the dog, named Jenney, before dumping her in a nearby industrial area in Delhi, India.

According to local reports, the dog "died due to excessive bleeding from private parts and shock," a post-mortem revealed.

In August, 15 teens were treated for rabies after gang-raping a donkey in Morocco.

The youngsters aged 7-15 were rushed to hospital after discovering the animal had the disease, according to local reports.

The youths, from a small tribal group, spent a week at the Mechraa Belksiri Hospital, while the donkey was killed to prevent further people from being infected.
