Nigerian music superstar Davido and his wife Chioma Rowland may have welcomed twins in the United States, according to a post on the Facebook page of Evangelist Gospel Agochukwu.

"God told me Ifeanyi is dead but He Can give Chioma twins in her next childbirth. Ifeanyi cannot come back to life. This is their time to make things right," the post read.

While Davido and Chioma are yet to officially announce the birth of their twins, congratulatory messages have been pouring in from fans and fellow celebrities.

Nevertheless, amid the unconfirmed reports, the singer took to his social media page on Tuesday, October 10, to express his happiness during what he considers 'the best week of his life.'

The news comes just over a year after the couple tragically lost their son, Ifeanyi, to a drowning accident.

Speaking to CNN regarding his recovery journey, Davido, at the time, disclosed that the support from well-wishers played a crucial role in his healing process.

He mentioned that numerous individuals, including fellow artists and politicians, camped on his Instagram with direct messages while he was going through the ordeal.

"The support I got from people was one of the things that helped me stand up again.

"At some point, I couldn't open my Instagram for weeks. One day, I just checked it and I saw messages from every kind of person in the world, from politicians to sportsmen, to other musicians, to presidents, I was like, 'you're fine, you see everybody is rooting for you. That was one thing that really made me strong enough to stand up again, get back in the studio and do what I love," he shared.

It is reported that the two got married in a secret wedding after laying their son to rest.
