Rapper Steph Kapela was the showstopper to watch during the inaugural NBA basketball tournament held at the Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi last weekend.
The Vikky Secrets singer and Hip Hop lyrist led scores of artistes during the tournament, a new Hennessey-NBA collaboration that is set to boost basketball sport and entertainment in the country.
“In association with the National Basketball Association, we are launching this event to bring together basketball players, fans, artistes and cognac lovers. It marks an exciting milestone for the league and we look forward to celebrating together,” said Alexandre Helaine of Hennessey.
Other entertainers who participated during the tournament attended by scores of industry players included DJ Joe Mfalme and rapper Mkali Wao from Nakuru.
Talking sports and showbiz, rapper King Kaka has shared a video of him in the Emirates stadium to watch the premier league match between Arsenal and West Ham United.
King Kaka, a staunch supporter of Manchester United, then went ahead to mock his fiancée Nana Owiti, who supports the team, saying, "Arsenal lazima walambwe".
The rapper expressed his excitement, saying visiting the Emirates stadium was a dream come true for him.
