YFN Lucci's mugshot has been released after he surrendered to police in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday. The 29-year-old rapper, whose real name is Rayshawn Bennett, turned himself in a day after police confirmed they were hunting him as part of a probe into a fatal shooting last month.

James Adams, 28, died on December 10 after being found lying in a street with a gunshot wound to the face. Another man, Kevin Wright, 32, turned up at a fire station in Atlanta with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and police alleged: "both of these stemmed from the same incident". The Atlanta Police Department issued an arrest warrant for YFN Lucci on Tuesday.
During a press conference, they declared he was wanted on charges of felony murder, aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity. Atlanta Police Department Captain Jason Smith said: "We need to locate 29-year-old Rayshawn Bennett. He's wanted in connection with the shooting death of 28-year-old James Adams on December 10 2020.

"Rayshawn Bennett is wanted with the charges of felony murder, aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity." Bennett turned himself in to police on Wednesday and his mug shot was later released online. He's being held in Fulton County Jail. His attorney Thomas Reynolds told CNN: "The presumption of innocence is a fundamental constitutional right for every citizen. Beyond this, we have no further comment at this time." The rapper is best known for his singles Everyday We Lit and Wet.
