Just days after hosting Kenya's cyclist community, the Second Lady, Rachel Ruto is mourning the death of fallen biker, Kui Gitonga.

Kui was involved in a road accident - her bike hit from behind in Kasames near Ole Polos. While making the announcement, the Bikers Association requested drivers to respect riders. "Cyclists are human too and we have a right to be respected," read the post. May she rest in peace.
Elsewhere, East Meets West member resurfaces online
You Tubers East Meets West was involved in a scandal in April this year when one of their members was involved in a viral video partying in an ambulance, flouting curfew rules.

Laura Wangai whose dad is known to be a big shot was spotted in the leaked video with friends making jokes as they bypassed police checks shortly after lockdown and curfew laws were passed in March by the Government.
After backlash from netizens, East Meets West apologised on her behalf and in effect, Laura took a social media hiatus. In a post seen by Pulse, the YouTuber is seen back to her ever-charming self, greeting her followers suggesting she has learned her lesson and is back for more.
