On Monday morning, Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga showered his wife Ida Odinga with a sweet belated birthday message after turning 70. Taking to social media, Raila praised his wife for her role in bringing up the family and described her as a 'witty and charming source of guidance.'
"Happy Birthday to my wife Ida, a witty and charming source of guidance, inspiration, and strength for our family. From the first time, I saw you my life changed immeasurably. We are grateful for your dynamic, adventurous spirit. May the Lord continue to bless your illustrious life!" Raila wrote.
The ODM Party leader's message comes two days after a video of Ida dancing on her birthday surfaced. Joined by other leaders including Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru and Wajir Woman Representative Fatuma Gedi, Ida was seen dancing to singer Akothee's song 'Give it to me.'
