The last born son of Former Trade Minister Mukhisa Kituyi on Monday, July 15, graduated with honours at the prestigious University of Portsmouth.
Flanked by his wife Ling, Kituyi shared that it was a special occasion as Thor Masalule graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the UK institution.
“It is felicitations all around as our last borne Masalule aka Masa graduates with honours in Mechanical Engineering,” tweeted the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
The graduation was held at the main auditorium of the Portsmouth Guildhall and runs from the 11th to the 19th of July.
DP Ruto’s daughter
On Friday, June 28, the daughter of Deputy President William Ruto, Stephanie Jepchumba, was among thousands of graduands at Strathmore University.
According to DP Ruto, Jepchumba graduated with a degree in law.
"Congratulations to Stephanie Ruto on your graduation from Strathmore University with a degree in Law. Your dedication, hard work, self-sacrifice, and God's grace has triumphed. As you join your peers in the legal profession, may you stand with the tenets of justice, fidelity, and impartiality," wrote the DP.
MC Jessy, Daystar
June 29, was MC Jessy’s turn.
The Churchill Raw host, real name Jasper Muthomi was over the moon as he graduated from Daystar University, Athi River.
“To God be the glory,” wrote the comedian who made his first mark on the popular show following his debut at episode 36, season two.
Janet Kahingi
At the same graduation with MC Jessy was Primrose Mbuvi and Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko’s adopted daughter Janet Kahingi.
In a sweet message to Kahingi on her graduation, Primrose stated that Kahingi had made her family proud.
“It has been an amazing 13 years since I adopted you into this lovely family, congratulations my daughter Janet Kahingi on your graduation with a business diploma, this is no mean feat by any means.
“However the journey has just begun and ahead of you lies infinite possibilities, I assure you of my full support throughout the journey. If anything, my resolve has been emboldened especially now that you have set the bar for your siblings Sandra, Gift and Baby Satrine Osinya. You’ve made your father and I proud. All your dreams will come true if you have the courage to pursue them. Congrats hun.”
