Former Churchill Show comedienne Teacher Wanjiku has landed herself an ambassadorial role joining the fast growing list of high-flying Kenyan celebrities with lucrative endorsements.
The rib cracking Wanjiku was appointed as the brand ambassador for Stanbic Bank’s DADA (Dare to Aspire Dare to Achieve) initiative.
Announcing the good news on her Instagram page, the elated Wanjiku expressed her joy and happiness for the appointment.

DADA initiative is meant to minimize the gender gap in Kenya by equipping women with knowledge on financial information that will enable them borrow and save.
Speaking during the launch of DADA a few days ago, the Stanbic Holdings director Dorcas Kombo said that the bank had set aside Sh20 billion assist women entrepreneurs
"DADA will address women's needs to borrow, save and the provision of financial information to unleash all entrepreneurial endeavour," Kombo said.

Double blessings
Teacher Wanjiku is headed to Seattle Washington on July 6 after she was awarded as the most Influential woman in her time at the Miss Kenya US Peagant.
