Popular city preacher Prophetess Monica Nyambura Kibui and her husband, an auditor and real estate manager Samuel Gichuki Kariuki have welcomed a bouncing baby boy.
An elated Monica announced the birth of baby Wisdom Jabali Kariuki on Wednesday, April 4, the same day he husband was born.
“Thank you God for safe delivery. Family help me welcome baby Wisdom Jabali Kariuki in the world.

“Father and son share a birthday,” she wrote.
The Prophetic Hour Ministry founder also shared a photos her beaming husband holding the new-born.
11-year celibacy
The preacher first hit headlines in 2018 after confessing to shunning sex for 11 years since parting ways with her first husband.
“We are all humans and not holy. Though I have been tempted, I’ve never fallen and have never been involved with a man, besides the occasional date. I’ve been fasting a lot and avoiding certain foods,” she told The Nairobian.
Samuel, who was a congregant at Monica’s church first poured out his heart to her in January 2017.

“Initially, I turned down his advances and prayed for three days. When I resurfaced and told him my answer was a big yes, he also vanished for one week to pray. It was not easy,” she said.
After six months of dating, they walked down the aisle.
“I want to have two more kids but he proposes three that is why we are going for a 10-day honeymoon...to make babies!” she said at the time.
