The legendary benga musician is to be laid to rest today at his Kaharati farm in Muthithi, Muranga County.

It is the last ride for a maestro whose unparalleled musical creativity and lyrical mastery inspired generations.

Kamaru died on October 3 at the MP Shah Hospital, Nairobi, where he had been admitted after falling ill.
