XXXTentacion signed a $10 million (Sh1 billion) record deal before his tragic death, according to reports.

The rapper, whose real name was Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was murdered in a horrifying daylight shooting while he sat in his car last month.

And it's said that he'd just signed a multi-million dollar deal to release his third album.

The New York Times reports that rap star had been in contact with Empire, the independent music company that had released his first album, 17.

And while it's said that X had a "significant amount of material" ready for his new album, there are no plans for its release set in stone as of yet.

A clause in the rapper's contract does however reveal that it may not drop until October this year.

A music video X filmed before his death has been released posthumously.

The macabre video for SAD! sees him attend his own funeral and has a fist fight with his dead body.

After his tragic death, many fans believed he'd predicted his own demise, sharing footage of him talking about how he'd want to be remembered if he ever died young.

And the new music video has brought back the conspiracy theories.

In the bizarre video, which some people may find upsetting to watch, the 20-year-old rapper walks into a church, making his way down the aisle towards a coffin.

It's soon revealed that he's at his own funeral, with pictures of the star sitting on top of a piano.

X approaches the coffin and stands over to look at his own dead body, which fans believe is supposed to be an earlier version of himself.

Before long, X's dead body springs to life and jumps out of the coffin to attack the rapper, who is also seen in some scenes sitting with his head bowed before a mysterious figure shrouded in black clothing.

It's not long before he ends up engaged in a fist fight with himself as shocked onlookers in the church watch on.

The rapper lifts his other self into the air and slams him on the ground in the bizarre scenes, before kicking him out of a door and beating him up in an alley as a group of men watch.

The words "Long live Prince X" appear on screen at the end.
