Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder Victor Wanyama and his brother McDonald Mariga were yesterday in Karen at Deputy President William Ruto’s office.
According to the DPPS, Wanyama and Mariga had paid a courtesy call to DP Ruto accompanied by the organizers of the Wanyama Royal Charity Cup.
In the meeting, Ruto lauded the football stars for promoting grassroots football in Kenya and being an inspiration and role model to the Youth.
They presented autographed T-shirts to the DP with Wanyama handing the DP his legendary Tottenham Hotspurs number 12 and Mariga’s Real Oviedo number 15.
