According to the Star, the stately mega project reportedly sits on a 20 acres piece of land locally as Kapkochir that bought by Ruto in 2015 from an Asian businessman.
The plush property has an artificial lake in the middle, six other posh houses at the front, with the main house boasting a gazebo heading right into the lake.
It also boasts a private airstrip.
