
On October 28th, two police officers attached to Kayole Police station, were gunned down and their firearms stolen by unknown assailants on a motorcycle.
Constables Linus Inima and James Gitahi were shot in Nairobi’s Kayole estate while patrolling on foot. Kayole police boss Joseph Gichangi said the attackers were armed with an AK 47 rifle.
The criminal gang was later tracked to Kenol, Murang'a where they were gunned down after a five-hour shoot out.
Following the incident, Hessy Wa Dandora, believed to be a group of underground cops shared gruesome images of the dead bodies on the Kayole Crime Free Facebook page for all to see.
“Hayawi hayawi huwa, mali ya serikali huezi enda nayo far. Cheki sasa #Kimondo,#Kinyanjui aka Kush and your new recruit Rot in Hell!!! #Teddy mahali uko ona sasa mbogi yako. Frm kayole(matopeni) to #kenol #CrimeDoesNotPay!” read the caption.
Through the group Kayole Crime Free, Hessy Wa Dandora claimed that some human rights group are frustrating and intimidating police officers in defence of criminals.
“Human Rights Activists, keep off from police work, unless the life of an innocent person is involved, Hatuwezi kubali huu upuzi, haya madharau yenu lazima yakomeshwe!” stated Hessy.

The crime busters going by the pseudo name Hessy wa Dandora, Hessy wa Kayole, Hessy wa Huruma and Blackest Widow run Facebook pages; Dandora Crime Free, Dandora Love People and Kayole Crime Free with 189, 841 followers members to fight crime.
Here, identities of alleged criminals are shared by the police. The men behind the page urge the youth to quit crime and hand over their weapons to the police.
But when they are gunned down by people believed to be police, or killed by mob photos of their dead bodies, often bullet-riddled, are quickly posted on the same pages for all to see.
