An agitated commuter who has been using Ongata Rongai - city centre matatus is not happy with the conductor of Kifaru.
She wrote to Ma3 Culture to complain that,
“On July 14 at around 10am, I boarded the mathree, Kifaru (KBX 559N) that was heading to town. Normally, the mathree drops passengers at either Agip stage or Railways.
But on this day, the conductor, who was very rude, bluntly refused to stop at these points and instead, they drove us back to Nyayo Stadium and demanded that we alight. I was so pissed off and despite our complaints the crew just drove off.
We had to walk all the way to town!”
