Matatu crew caught on camera stripping a woman in Githurai bound bus in 2014 have been sentenced to death.
In a ruling by Nairobi Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi, the three matatu operators,-Bus driver Nicholas Mwangi, bus conductor Meshack Mwangi and petrol station attendant Edward Mwangi were found guilty of robbery with violence.
The ruling concludes a three year case that at one point saw two similar Githurai striping cases combined into one in 2015.
In December 2014, the video of unidentified men at the time, stripping down a lady inside a bus did rounds on social media.
The video caused public uproar as office of prosecution took up the matter.
