Treasure hunts just got real!
The new national Treasure hunt promotion started off on a high in the high seas of Mombasa.
Saka Chapaa is a treasure hunt where Radio Maisha listeners get clues from the Presenters to lead them to a hidden envelope with a Radio Maisha coaster in it.
1 million shillings is at stake here, with the hunt happening in 10 different regions in the country - one regionat a time. Last week the treasure hunt was in Mombasa where one coastal resident, Mwalimu Kalume Katana won 100,000/-. The area MP Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir was at hand to issue the cheque assisted by the Head of Radio Maisha, Tom Japanni.
The next town is Meru, this week, followed by Nakuru, Kakamega, Kisii, Kisumu, Eldoret, Kitui, Busia and finally Nairobi.
Radio Maisha listeners in these towns stand a chance of winning 100,00/- every week.
