Philanthropic Kenyan singer Jaguar is in Boston, US, for a Kenyan dinner party to take place tomorrow evening. The party dubbed Dinner with Champions is in honour of celebrated Kenyan athletes.
"I am writing to invite you to Boston for an evening of celebrating Kenya's excellence in distance running called Dinner with Champions. A Kenyan has won the Boston marathon every year since 1991. For this reason, the race has a special meaning to Kenyans," an invite sent to Jaguar by the founder of Run with Kenyans read in part.
"We would also like to request you to present this year's Bingwa Achievement Award, an award given to someone who has done exemplary work of using athletics to project a positive image of Kenya to the world," the letter continued.
The Kioo singer left on Tuesday evening.
