Youthful businessman and Party of new Alliance (PONA) leader, Steve Mbogo, threw a mega end-year bash for Kenya university leaders at his Karen home.
The party attracted more than 300 students, including his deputy party leader, Babu Owino, who also happens to be the University of Nairobi’s Sonu Chairman.
Also at the party was controversial entrepreneur and political activist, Paul Kobia, among others.
“We are just celebrating the end of the year. Our party is associated with youths and very soon we are going to launch it and start a vibrant nationwide recruitment drive,” said Mbogo who is eyeing the presidency in 2017.
The students were ferried by a hired tour van from Galleria Mall to the party venue.
