Kenyan former Harambee Stars player, Taiwo Atieno and his lover, UK pop star, Keisha Buchanan, are making things official!
The cute couple is planning their wedding that will only be attended by close family and friends.
Some of the friends on the guest list include Southampton player Victor Wanyama.
Victor is very close to the couple, judging by the photos posted on social media.
Keisha, a former member of the all-girl group Suggababe, has made it obvious she loves Kenya.
After her 2015 Christmas holiday, she described the country as “very beautiful.”
“Kenya, you have been great to me,” she wrote. “I love your country, the people, the ice cream (best I ever had) and I learned so much about the culture & the fact that hakuna matata wasn’t just a made-up phrase from The Lion King (oh the shame!) Keisha also posted videos of the beautiful white beach and her camel ride on the beach.
Taiwo is the son of Moussa Awuonda, a former journalist and Bridget Mary Glaisher.
He began his football career at the age of 15 with Walsall FC.
Taiwo has an identical twin brother, Kehinde Roberts, who plays basketball at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Keisha has in the past been linked to Dean Thomas whom she dated for 18 months and even accepted a marriage proposal in 2009.
They later broke their engagement after a TV game show where Dean answered every question wrong about their relationship.
She was later quoted saying, “It’s true I’ve put Dean on ice since the show. He blamed his answers on nerves, but he knew nothing about me. It’s sad really.”
