I arrived in Nairobi for the first came in 1971. My friend gave me ride on a motorbike from Nakuru to the city. It remains a memorable trip to date!
My mission was to attend an interview at Kenya Power and Lighting Company but I never showed up. I used the opportunity to meet my friend from South Africa who was visiting Kenya.
