Bobbi Kristina Brown was NOT married to Nick Gordon, family lawyer reveals

Troubled Bobbi Kristina Brown was never legally married to Nick Gordon, her dad's attorney has insisted.

Despite boasts on Instagram that she had wed Nick last month, Christopher Brown, who is acting as the Brown family lawyer said today: "To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina, 21, is not and never has been married to Nick Gordon.

"We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalisation of Bobbie Kristina," said Brown.

His statement came amid reports that Gordon, 20, had brawled with security guards after he was caught sneaking into the late Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi's hospital room at the North Fulton hospital in Georgia.

The incident happened on Saturday night, just hours after Bobbi Kristina was found faced down in the bath at the home she shares with Gordon.

He is now reportedly banned from seeing her. They have been close since Whitney took Nick in and cared for him when he was a child, though she didn't ever formally adopt him.

On Tuesday afternoon, Kristina was moved from the hospital she was rushed to at the weekend, and is now in at the nearby Emory Hospital, where she is believed to still be in a critical condition.

It is regarded to be one of the finest hospitals in America.

Yesterday, new reports claimed that cops did discover drugs at Bobbi Kristina's home, Roswell Police Department have confirmed.

They are now investigating after seizing several "items" from the house, though what type drugs were found is not yet known.

As well as her husband Nick Gordon, who family say had moved out of the marital home, his friend Max Lomas was also present.
