Reports of Tanzanian RnB singer Vanessa Mdee and boyfriend Juma Jux’s split has made rounds on the internet for a couple of weeks now with neither of them confirming or denying the claims.
Speaking during an interview with Global Publishers, Vee Money, however touched on the breakup claims, stressing that she does not appreciate how intrusive people are when it comes to her personal life.
Split Rumors
Reports that Jux and Mdee were no longer seeing eye to eye cropped up a month ago after the Utaniua hitmaker posted a video on his Instagram page of a lady by the name Julitha singing along to his song Incase You Don’t Know featuring Kenyan musician Nyashinski.
The RnB singer captioned the video, “I see you @julitha.kabete #incaseyoudontknow click the link in my bio to watch the Video.”
A move that saw Mdee respond to the singer's post with, “Your type.”

Vanessa’s sister, Mimi Mars was at some point accused of being the reason the two split but she refuted the claims saying, “No, the two break up all the time. Why would I get in between the two? How can I be the cause? I have no say in their relationship. It doesn’t concern me at all. Those allegations are a hundred percent false.”
Dating
Vanessa Mdee and Juma jux have been in and out of their relationship for a few years now.
The couple did not shy from expressing their love to each other on social media or even during their music tours together and for this reason got branded, the ‘Tanzanian Power couple’.
On one of Jux’s birthdays, Vanessa penned a heartfelt message to her man recalling their first days together and letting him know how important he was to her.
“When we first met I was an upcoming songstress with a fast tongue and one hit song on the radio. You ... well you were pretty much the same. Your boy asked me if I would spit some bars on your song. I said no. Then walked into the studio and met you and instantly had a change of heart.
Fast forward to two years later, tumekuwa. You've got the biggest song in the country #Wivu and a multi-million-dollar brand #AfricanBoy and as for me well ... kitu kimoja hakijabadilika though. Kwako sisikii. Lol!
All things are God's design.
Oh by the way kwa mashabiki wetu ngoma yetu ya kwanza ya pamoja inaitwa #Juu” she wrote.
