Ugandan businesswoman Zarinah Ntale Hassan has written a heartfelt message to her firstborn son as he turned a year older.
According to mother of five, her son Pinto Ntale dislikes being posted on social media but she just couldn’t help it.
Zari shared a series of photos of Pinto depicting his transformation from a small boy to a grown man.
“He will kill me for this, he hates being posted and photos all in all but it's fine, even in the next life am still going to choose to be your mom.
“Our journey is beautiful, full of ups and downs, losses, pain but God still lives here with us. I pray nothing but life and grace in abundance for you. Happy birthday,” she wrote.
Pinto’s birthday comes just a day after his step-sister Tiffah turned four.

Ivan Ssemwanga
Pinto is an offspring between Zari and Ugandan businessman Ivan Ssemwanga, who passed away in South Africa after falling ill two years ago. Zari and Ssemwanga had three children together.
During Ssemwanga’s vigil, members of his family accused Zari of being the genesis of his death.
“As a family, we have no doubt that Zari is the cause of Ivan’s suffering that led him to die. Ever since the two separated, Ivan has never been the same. Our son loved that woman so much. He took care of her in all situations but Zari with her bad manners decided to dump him for Diamond. This dis-organised him so much. He started developing hardships in his heath,” family spokesperson Herbert Luyinda said.
