The wedding, which took place at the Chez Charlene wedding centre Pretoria South Africa, was graced by close friends and family.
Semenya later posted a picture on social media captioned ‘Our perfect day!’
It was a double celebration for the couple since the wedding date coincided with Semenya’s birthday.
Semenya, who has naturally elevated levels of testosterone, was forced to undergo gender testing to prove she was female.
Reportedly, she was once forced to take medicine to suppress her testosterone amid claims she had an unfair advantage.
