Government banks on film schools to drive monetisation

The Government is counting on the Kenya Film School and funding incentives to anchor the creative arts economy in the country.

Speaking during the official opening of the annual Kenya National Drama and Film Festival in Nakuru, Basic Education Principal Secretary Julius Bitok said creating the film school will make the country a destination for film production.
