More than one million people in Gaza are facing renewed terror after receiving an emergency order to evacuate Gaza City ahead of a major ground offensive by the Israeli military. For many, escape is impossible - the elderly, critically unwell, heavily pregnant or wounded. Those left behind have been handed a death sentence.
