Sakaja commended the health Chief Officer for his dedication, innovative approach, and exceptional work.
“He has overseen the unveiling of the first Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital, significantly enhancing the hospital's capacity to handle critical care cases,” Sakaja commended.

Similarly, Mosiria has overseen the installation of modern elevators and a new generator to improve patient mobility and service reliability at Pumwani Maternity Hospital.
Additionally, under his oversight, Mbagathi Hospital now boasts a state-of-the-art Newborn Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Mosiria has ensured that Nairobi's health facilities have undergone comprehensive reforms, creating a more robust and resilient health system.
Through his exceptional oversight, the first state-of-the-art CT scans were installed, with a 128-slice CT scan at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital and a 64-slice CT scan at Mbagathi Hospital.
Being at the forefront of Governor Sakaja's administration, Mosiria has ensured a consistent flow of medical supplies to all county health facilities and conducted regular impromptu visits to monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery.
Mosiria is also a team player, working closely with hospital CEOs, sub-county Medical Officers of Health (MOHs), the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Health, and all member staff.
His efforts have not only revitalized Nairobi's health facilities but also positioned him as a prominent leader and spokesperson for the Nairobi Gusii community.
