Detectives are investigating a mysterious death at the Kenyatta National Hospital after a patient was found dead this morning.
An insider, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the incident occurred in the psychiatric ward and may have involved an attack by another patient.
"We suspect it was a case of one patient killing another. However, the DCI is here to establish the facts," the source said.
According to the source, since two patients share the ward's cubicles, it is suspected that one patient killed his roommate after bloodstains were found on the suspect's slippers.
