1 fluid ounce triple sec.
1 teaspoon white sugar.
1 lime wedge.
2 tablespoons white sugar, or as needed.
METHOD:
Start by blending ice cubes, rum, lime juice, triple sec, and 1 teaspoon sugar in a blender on the highest setting until it is smooth. After 15 to 20 seconds, pour the solution into a glass. Then spread 2 tablespoons of sugar in a thin layer onto a small plate. Carefully rub the lime wedge around the rim of the cocktail glass. Then dip the glass rim into the sugar to coat. Remember your blended solution? Pour it into a prepared glass to serve.
In order to serve on the rocks, combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain the solution into an ice-filled glass and serve.
Enjoy!!
