1/4 cup tamarind extract or sauce
1 cup water
Salt to taste
What to do:
In a bowl add the minced meat, go in with the salt, black pepper and garlic ginger minced and mix well using your hands. Use your hands to make or shape the meatballs until you get perfect round shapes from the minced meat.
Dilute the tamarind extract or sauce with 1 cup of water, pour the diluted tamarind extract on the pan, place the pan on medium heat and cook on medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated and the kebabs are cooked.
Do not stir as this will break the kebabs. Serve with your favourite chapati or naan bread.
