How to make delicious deep fried Maru bhajia

Let's make some Maru bhajia or Nylon. This delicacy is easy to make and it is delicious.
What you will need:
1kg potatoes, washed and sliced (with skin)
1 table spoon jeera or cumin seeds
Salt to taste

1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 bunch fresh coriander chopped
1/4 cup water
100g green chillies (pricked)
What to do
In a bowl, put the sliced potatoes and add in the jeera. Go in with the salt and turmeric powder. Now add in your all purpose flour and chopped coriander. Mix well while adding the water bit by bit.
In a deep frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, fry the battered potato slices until golden brown and crispy. Once you are halfway add in the pricked green chillies on the remaining half and fry the potatoes together with the chillies until crispy.
Serve with tamarind sauce that is mixed with garlic and green chillies minced together with a touch of salt.
