Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black peppercorns crushed
1/4 cup white vinegar
200g cherry tomatoes
5 Tomatoes cut into 1/4s
50g butter for pan searing
5-6 garlic cloves
2 sticks rosemary
What to do:-
In a bowl, add the T-bone steak, marinate with garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper and vinegar, mix well until combined, cover and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
In a frying pan over medium heat add the butter pan and sear the steak for about five minutes on each side keep turning, then add the garlic cloves and rosemary sticks cook for another 5 minutes then add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking until the steak is cooked to your liking we like it well done.
On the other side take the tomatoes which are cut into quarters with a little bit of salt and pepper and fry them, I used an air fryer to fry the tomatoes and they were done in about five minutes.
Serve the steak with the cherry tomatoes and the roasted tomatoes. You can have it with ugali if you like or just as it is. Enjoy!
