1 teaspoon ginger powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 bunch spring onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 can coconut milk
Method:
Marinate the prawns with garlic powder, paprika, ginger, salt and lime juice. In a pan over medium heat add the oil and sauté the prawns unit cooked for about three minutes.
Add the spring onions and mix. Add the curry powder and mix.
Add the coconut milk and cook until thick, then add the noodles.
For the noodles:
3 packets instant noodles (with seasoning)
1 litre water
Boil the noodles for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the prawn sauce and mix well.
Sprinkle extra lime juice and serve. Enjoy!
