Kiambu Nominated MCA Ezra Kabuga dies in accident

Kiambu Nominated MCA Ezra Kabuga Kihara is dead.
The lawmaker died in a road accident on Thika Road in Juja on Sunday.
Kihara was travelling from Nairobi to Thika town when the accident occurred.
Juja OCPD Michael Mwaura said that Kihara’s car collided with a lorry near Mang’u High School.
Police said that MCA's Subaru Forester rammed the rear of an Isuzu FRR lorry, causing the vehicle to catch fire on impact.

Governor Kimani Wamatangi expressed his condolences in a Facebook post.
“It was with a deep sense of loss that I received the sad news of the death of nominated Member of County Assembly Hon. Ezra Kabuga Kihara,” posted Wamatangi.
“He was a vibrant and promising young leader, whose commitment to serving the people of Kiambu was evident in every aspect of his work.”
“It is heartbreaking to lose such a dedicated legislator with so much promise for the future. I stand with the family in grief and prayer.”
Images and video footage from the scene showed Kihara’s vehicle engulfed in flames.
His body was removed to Montezuma Funeral Home, awaiting a postmortem.
