Arguably one of the biggest running events in the Athletics calendar, the 2019 London Marathon is scheduled to take place this Sunday, April 28.
More than 30,000 athletes are reportedly set to brave the 26-mile route, which starts at Blackheath ending at the foot of the Buckingham Palace.
Among the dazzling array of athletes set to compete are Kenyans.
Since the race’s inception in 1981, several Kenyan athletes have participated, most times, coming out victorious.
