A student has been killed in cold blood in Maseno University
over unclear circumstances.
Peter Njoroge, a third year student, who resides in Mabungo,
is said to have met his sudden death at around 5.00pm.
In retaliation, students killed the alleged killer and set
his house on fire.

address, they protested and barricaded the busy Kisumu-Busia road bringing
business to a standstill.
Police officers were prompted to hurl tear gas to disperse
the rowdy students.
However, calmness has not yet been restored.
