Police in Njiru sub-county, Kasarani Constituency have launched investigations into an incident where a female KDF soldier was stabbed to death and two suspects arrested.
Police reports indicate that the incident happened on Sunday, March 6, at about 11 am.
It is suspected that the trio got into a scuffle that led to the death of Esuron Phoebe, a soldier stationed at Modica base in Garissa.
Investigators have established that the deceased visited her boyfriend and an argument occurred when she found a lady's pair of shoes at the door.

Police say the reportee indicated that the deceased walked in on the two suspects, John Gitau and Hilda Kobia, in a suspected 'love triangle'.
“The reportee was called by his workmate a KDF officer based at Embakasi Garrison and informed the reportee that he had killed her girlfriend at his rented house,” an excerpt of the police report seen by The Standard read.
“Upon inquiring from her boyfriend who the owner of the shoes was, a quarrel ensued. The quarrel got ugly and in the process, the accused person took a kitchen knife and stabbed the deceased on the rear right side of the neck and the deceased succumbed to the injuries,” police say.
The sleuths disclosed that Gitau informed one of his colleagues at the Embakasi Garrison about what transpired. The colleague filed a police report at Mihang’o Police and investigations commenced.
Officers who visited the scene recovered a kitchen and a bucket with blood-stained clothes from the bathroom.
The suspects are being held at Mihang’o Police Station awaiting arraignment.
The body has been moved to the Defense Forces Memorial Hospital morgue awaiting postmortem.
