After the botched, Jubilee primaries in Nandi county, most leaders took to the streets and took the advantage to urge the electorates to vote for them. This is even after the official campaign period had been closed by Jubilee election board on 19th April.
Nandi gubernatorial aspirant and a front-runner in the race, Henry Kosgey decided to stay away from the streets instead, he took to his official Facebook page and urged the locals to remain calm.
He urged his supporters to observe restraint during these trying moments. "I want you to remain calm since Nandi is a peace loving county."
Among the jubilee candidates, Henry Kosgey has been fronted as the main competitor to the incumbent who has had a slow campaign period in the county.
In the last days of his campaigns, Kosgey traversed the larger Nandi managing to bag a bag full of voters. He is facing it off with Cleophas Lagat and a host of other candidates for the jubilee ticket.
