Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has accused CORD co-principal Moses Wetang'ula of failing to provide leadership over the fate of electoral commission.

Mr Wamalwa said the Bungoma senator holds a senior position in the Senate and that with his vast experience, he could have used Parliament to resolve the stalemate.

Speaking at Chelelemuk Catholic Church in Teso North constituency during a funds drive for the church, Wamalwa called on Kenyans to respect the rule of law.
