Machakos, Kenya: Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama has dismissed allegations by County Assembly Majority Leader Joshua Mwonga that he planned the assault on him at a public meeting held last week.
Muthama (above) said Mwonga's claims are unfounded. Yesterday, a section of local media quoted Mwonga as saying that the senator commanded the brigade that manhandled him at a funds drive for Kitangani Secondary School in Masinga constituency.
