KWALE, KENYA: Drama unfolded at Okoa Kenya rally in Kinango, Kwale County after man stomped the function and whipped former Prime Minister Raila Odinga twice.
Raila had just joined the traditional dancers accompanied by Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya when the man dressed in a grey trouser and a white t-shirt attacked the two caning them twice.
