Nakuru, Kenya: A HIV-positive, middle-aged-man has been sentenced to serve life imprisonment for sodomising his four-year-old son.
Appearing at the Nakuru Court before Senior Resident Magistrate Judicaster Nthuku, Joel Njeru was charged with committing the offence at Githima Estate in Nakuru on May 24 this year.
